About us:
CFC Management is an investment company managing diversified assets of high profile Russian entrepreneurs. It has three areas of focus:
1) Private equity investment
2) Venture investment
3) Public stock investment
Investment strategy:
• Sectors – opportunistic with some historic focus on metals&mining, commodities, technology, and agriculture;
• Geography – worldwide with focus on Russia, MENA, and South-East Asia;
• Long-term horizon (3-7 years).
Role:
Investment associate / Senior associate
The successful candidate will:
• Do research of global trends and markets;
• Analyze investment opportunities;
• Prepare financial models, investment memos and presentations for the shareholders, investment committee, and management;
• Participate in all stages of investment deals (buy- and sell-side), including origination, structuring and execution;
• Participate in portfolio management, including mark-to-market analysis of portfolio companies.
Requirements:
• 5-10 years in research, private equity, investment banking, VC, in-house M&A, or corporate finance;
• Good understanding of macro fundamentals and trends;
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills;
• Able to work independently with little supervision;
• Attention to detail is a must;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Advanced oral and written English;
• Degree in business, finance or technical sciences;
• Expertise in metals&mining, commodities or technologies segments is a plus;
• CFA / ACCA degree is a plus.
