Investment Banking Analyst | Atomic Capital
Atomic Capital – investment consulting company with a primary focus on M&A Advisory and Special Situations is looking for highly motivated individuals to join the team of experienced bankers (ex-Troika Dialog, Sber, VTB, UFG, etc.) as an Investment Banking Analyst.
- Analytical support of senior team members at each stage of a deal process
- Preparation of presentation materials: pitches, one-pagers, teasers, memorandums, etc.
- Building detailed financial models from scratch and performing business valuation analysis
- Coordination of external due diligence and legal consultants
- Participation in direct communication with the clients and investors on various transaction issues
- Bachelor and/or Master degree from a reputable university
- At least 0,5-1 year of work experience in IB, PE, VC, business valuation or corporate finance teams
- Confident knowledge of business valuation and financial modeling
- Excellent skills in preparing consulting style presentations
- High motivation and strong commitment to build a career in IB
