Investment Manager - Family office (large industrial holding with solid portfolio diversification, primary in real economy sector)

Responsibilities:

Execution of corporate finance transactions, including preparing analysis and valuation with junior team of the set M&A targets (companies, real estate) and investment projects of portfolio companies;
Project management at all stages of the investment transaction: direct interactions with targets on detailed, day-to-day aspects of a transaction. Communication with advisers, lawyers, accountants and other counterparties;
Preparation of transactional documents, valuation, due diligence coordination, deal closing process control;
Participation in portfolio companies corporate strategies development;
Preparation of marketing and presentation materials, analysis of trends and developments of various industries.

Requirements:

Degree from a leading Russian or international university;
CFA and/or other additional relevant certificated and courses would be a plus;
6+ years of experience in IB, PE, Corporate development;
Proven track record of participated/closed deals;
Solid understanding of M&A aspects, work experience with transactional documents (SHA, SPA, Term Sheets);
Ability to lead projects: organize the process, distribute tasks and manage expectations;
Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, financial modelling and valuation skills. Ability to comfortably interact with internal and external counterparties in a professional and mature manner;
Strong level of motivation and ability to work effectively within a team;
Fluent written and spoken English.
