- our company is looking for a Strategy&Operations Analyst/Sr. Analyst to join our team to work directly with an executive team solving fundamental and strategic priority business issues;
- remote role;
- comp based on experience RUB100-150k
Responsibilities:
• Identify, structure and execute complex problems in number of priority areas: Sales, HR, Legal and Finance;
• Support the development of continuously evolving strategies aimed at supporting Smartcat rapid expansion;
• Conduct ad hoc analysis, research, modeling and deliver actionable insights to guide decision making;
• Drive and support various business processes and provide updates to key stakeholders;
• Ability to execute projects independently and deal with a high degree of ambiguity.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in big-4, strategy or a high growth start up;
• Bachelor’s degree from leading university;
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills;
• Intellectually curious: you pursue learning opportunities for yourself and dive into unexplored areas of the business;
