• IBD-PESS (Investment Banking Division, Private Equity & Special Situations) Group deals with a wide spectrum of tasks including plain vanilla IB products (M&A and ECM), structured financing (LBO and mezzanine debt), Private Equity and Special Situations deals and other solutions for corporate clients
• Most recent closed deals include TMK-ChelPipe merger, Detsky Mir tender offer and Agronova-L sell-side

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team on projects involving various investment products (ECM, M&A, LBO financing, etc) with focus on servicing corporate clients in a variety of industries mainly within Russian and CIS market
• Perform financial valuation, discounted cash flows and multiples based analyses
• Build and analyze complex financial models
• Utilize data and program tools to analyze complex financial information and contribute to the preparation of presentation materials/information memo and transaction documents, conduct due diligence and perform market and industry research
• Utilize knowledge, experience, and expertise to lead a comprehensive analysis that identifies differentiating information and variables to be used in preparation of information materials and products and services development process
• Provide project management support to senior team members

Required skills / competencies

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience (primarily within IB / PE / Big4 corporate finance or business valuation group)
• Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills
• A well-rounded academic background from a top tier educational institution
• Impeccable communication details with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluency in English and Russian, both written and verbal
