Investment Associate/Manager

A successful PE fund with a friendly and entrepreneurial corporate culture is looking for Investment Associate/Manager

ОПИСАНИЕ

The successful candidate will:

Do market research and analysis world-wide;
Conduct valuation and investment analysis;
Prepare investment memos and presentations for the shareholders and management;
Participate in all stages of investment deals (buy- and sell-side), including origination, structuring and execution;
Participate in portfolio companies management (both public and private), including in-depth review of operations and financial results, budgeting and strategic planning.

Requirements:

2-6 years in private equity, investment banking, in-house M&A, corporate finance or consulting, preferably with experience in metals & mining;
Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills;
Understanding of macro fundamentals and trends;
Able to work independently with little supervision;
Attention to detail;
Strong communication and presentation skills;
Advanced oral and written English is a must;
Degree in business, finance or technical sciences;
CFA / ACCA degree is a plus.
