Financial manager / director of transaction support at Altus Capital

Altus Capital advises clients on attracting equity and debt financing, supporting M&A transactions, and also helps to implement tasks of any complexity related. We are looking for an experienced manager/director who will provide full financial support at all stages of the transaction.

Описание позиции и обязанности

• Project management for transaction support;
• Support of all financial and tax aspects when structuring a transaction in Russia and abroad;
• Financial consulting and engineering;
• Leading working relationships with banks and other financial institutions;
• Assisting with KYC and securing financial transactions;
• This position requires the ability to think broadly and to consider a wide range of internal and external factors when solving problems.

Требования к кандидату

• 10+ years PQE in consulting firms, funds and/or family office;
• Deep knowledge of corporate finance;
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and international taxation;
• Audit background is a plus;
• Attention to details, hands-on approach and strong problem solving attitude;
• Strong communicator, good reporting and writing skills;
• Fluent English.
