Armbrok OJSC, a leading investment company, is seeking a high-calibre, visionary sales leader to take on the role of Global Head of Sales. This is a strategic executive position designed for a professional with a strong international reputation, extensive network of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and a proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.
The ideal candidate will have the vision and energy to rebuild, recharge, and drive Armbrok’s entire sales function — covering both the Armenian market and key international financial center

Требования

- Shape and execute a unified global sales strategy, integrating both international expansion and domestic market growth
- Personally manage and develop trusted relationships with HNWIs, institutional clients, and premium partners
- Build, structure, and lead elite sales teams to operate across local and global markets, ensuring excellence, loyalty, and performance
- Activate and expand your existing network to accelerate client acquisition and strategic partnerships
- Represent Armbrok as a senior executive voice at key business forums, investor events, and global financial platforms
- Collaborate with internal functions (product, legal, marketing, investment) to align offerings with client needs and market trends
- Monitor performance, set clear KPIs, and build a result-driven, accountable sales culture
- Maintain discretion, integrity, and long-term trust in every client relationship

Условия

- High-calibre professional with 8+ years of executive experience in financial services, private banking, or investment advisory
- Demonstrated success working with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients on both local and international levels
- Strong personal network of HNWIs, family offices, and industry leaders
- Proven leadership in building and managing top-performing sales teams
- Visionary mindset with readiness to restructure, energize, and scale commercial efforts
- Deep understanding of investment products, financial regulations, and wealth structures
- Fluency in Russian and English (Armenian not required; knowledge of the Armenian market is a strong advantage)
- Strong strategic, analytical, and relationship-building capabilities
