Precautions should be taken during Pranayama practice
Precautions for Pranayama
- Pranayama should always be done in clean and calm environment
- You should Practice pranayama empty stomach.
- If you are suffering with any chronic disease then you should consult your doctor and any good yoga teacher.
- Pregnant woman or Woman during their period should not practice pranayama
- Your body shouldn't touch floor or wall while practicing pranayama otherwise all energy will move towards Earth.
- You should not eat anything after 30 to 45 minutes of Practice
- You should not take your bath immediately after pranayama
- Children younger than 12 years should not practice pranayama
- You should keep your body straight while practicing Pranayama
- If recently you have passed through an operation then you should not do pranayama.
So, these are some precautions that you should take during pranayama practice.
