History of 5-Reel Slots
While traditionally slot machines came with three mechanical reels - a trend which still continues today with classic 'AWP'-style slots at casinos - 5-reel slots are nothing new. In fact, the predecessor of slot machines - 1891's poker machine developed by Sittman and Pott - featured five mechanical drums with 50 playing cards displayed on them. Wins were made by lining up combinations of hands. Double Exposure Blackjack Rules
Because both the cards of the dealer are exposed upfront certain blackjack moves become redundant in Double Exposure Blackjack. One of these is the player taking insurance against the dealer’s blackjack and the other is the dealer checking for blackjack. Neither of these moves is followed in Double Exposure Blackjack. After the player places his wager two cards are dealt face up to the player and two cards are dealt face up to the dealer. The player immediately begins to make his moves.
