Keto Coconut porridge with raspberries

I like to start a morning with a plate of hot porridge. It's hard to find the right grains on the keto diet, so this delicious coconut porridge recipe comes in handy here!

Top this creamy porridge with your favorite berry, or grab one of my favorites: raspberries!
You can use your favorite berries or fruits.

Ingredients per serving

beaten egg - 1 pc
coconut flour - 1 tablespoon
psyllium husk powder - 1/4 tsp
butter - 2 tablespoons
coconut cream - 4 tablespoons
raspberries - 1/4 cup
salt to taste

Steps. Cooking 15 min

1.Collect and prepare all ingredients.

2.In a bowl, combine beaten egg, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, and salt.
If there is no plantain powder, you can do without it.

3.Melt the butter and coconut cream on the stove over low heat. Slowly add the egg mixture, whisking until you get a creamy consistency.

4.Sprinkle the coconut porridge with fresh raspberries on top. You can add some coconut or almond milk if you like. Enjoy!
