Snack Keto muffins with cheese and sausage

I present to you one of the best and time-saving keto breakfasts! Delicious and appetizing egg snack muffins with sausage and cheese are easy to prepare, adults and children will be delighted with them. This cheese and ham cake recipe will be a real "lifesaver" if you are limited in time.

Ingredients for 6 servings

2 shallots, finely chopped
150g chopped cured chorizo sausage, salami, or toasted bacon
12 eggs
2 tablespoons red or green pesto sauce (optional)
salt and pepper
175 g grated cheese

Steps. Cooking 30 minutes

1. Preheat oven to 175 ° C.
2.Prepare non-stick muffin tins, if using silicone tins, brush them with butter.
3. Place the shallots and chorizo in the bottom of the molds.
4. Beat eggs with pesto, salt and pepper. 5.Add cheese and finely chopped sausage to the mixture, mix everything well.
6. Pour the mixture onto the shallots and chorizo.
7. Bake the egg muffins with sausage and cheese in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, adjust the baking time depending on the size of the tins.
