Fried keto salmon with broccoli and lemon mayonnaise.

Elegant salmon. Bright broccoli. Lemon mayonnaise. This is what is called a miracle in one pan. And this miracle is performed in the best traditions of the keto diet.

Ingredients per serving

LEMON MAYONESIS
Egg yolk - 1pc
Dijon mustard - 1 tsp
Avocado oil - 225 ml
White wine vinegar - 2 tsp

SALMON WITH BROCKOLI
Broccoli - 112.5 g
Salmon - 200 g
Butter - 12.5 g
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps. Cooking 35 minutes

First, prepare the mayonnaise

Egg and mustard should be at room temperature.

1.Combine the egg and mustard with a blender (or mixer), then slowly add oil in a thin stream. The mixture should begin to thicken. Continue stirring until all the oil has been added to thicken the mixture.

2.Add vinegar or lemon juice. Stir the mixture a little more and season with salt and pepper. Taste and maybe add more vinegar, lemon juice, or seasoning.

3.Let the future mayonnaise "rest" in the refrigerator before serving; this will allow the flavor to develop and give the mayonnaise time to thicken even more.

Now we are preparing our dish.

1.Mix mayonnaise and lemon juice. Set aside.

2.Divide the salmon into portions. Season with salt and pepper.

3.Rinse and peel broccoli. Cut into small pieces.

4.Fry the salmon over medium heat in half the butter for a few minutes on each side. Transfer from the pan and leave warm.

5.Put the remaining butter in the same pan and fry the broccoli over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until slightly soft. Season with salt or pepper to taste.

6.Serve the grilled salmon and broccoli, seasoned with a generous helping of lemon mayonnaise.
