Ruddy keto bread with bacon and almond flour

First of all, its ruddy, golden crust speaks of the excellent taste of this bread! Hidden inside a loaf made with almond flour is a huge amount of crispy bacon and cheese. This keto bread is perfect with a pot roast, or it can be a hearty keto breakfast if brushed with a nice slice of softened butter. And if there is no time to cook a full meal, then bread can be used as a keto snack.
It is gluten and sugar free.

Ingredients for 10 servings

200 g bacon
1.5 cups (180 g) almond flour
1 tablespoon (14 g) baking powder
1/3 (80 g) cup sour cream
2 large eggs
4 tablespoons (57 g) butter, melted
1 cup (113 g) shredded cheese

Steps

1.Preheat oven to 150 ℃. On the inside, grease a bread pan with butter. Then cut the bacon into cubes and fry until crisp.
2. Mix almond flour and baking powder.
3. In a small bowl, beat the sour cream and eggs.
4. Mix wet and dry ingredients.
5. Add oil and stir everything. Then add bacon and cheese to the resulting mass.
6.Put the dough into a bread pan. Sprinkle it with a little cheese.
7. Bake the bread for 45 minutes. Then stick a wooden toothpick into the center. The bread is done when the surface of the toothpick is dry and clean.
8. Allow the keto bread to cool completely before slicing. If you cut it while it is still hot, it will fall apart. It will be better if you chill it in the refrigerator before serving it.

Advice

Do not slice this bread while it is hot! Like many keto foods, it crumbles heavily until it cools completely. If you try to chop it earlier, then most of it will remain in your hands.
