Ingredients for 8 servings of sesame keto bread
200 g cream cheese
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons olive oil and a little more for lubrication
225 ml (110 g) almond flour
2 tablespoons (15 g) psyllium husk powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon (5 g) baking powder
1 tablespoon (10 g) sesame seeds
sea salt (optional)
1.Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
2. Whisk the cream cheese until fluffy. Add eggs, sesame oil and olive oil and mix thoroughly.
3.Add the rest of the ingredients besides the sesame seeds.
4.Place the dough on a baking sheet (approximately 23 x 13 cm) that has been greased with butter or lined with parchment paper. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
5. Brush it with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds and a little sea salt.
6. Bake the bread for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
You can store this bread in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days, cut it into slices and freeze it. If necessary, reheat it on a low temperature in an oven or microwave. You can also dry it in a toaster until crisp.
