Keto Cheesecake Gluten, Lactose & Bake Free

Can cheesecake be made gluten-free? Yes.

Ingredients for 16 servings

The foundation
100 g Walnuts
130 g Almond flour
60 gr. Coconut oil
sea salt

Filler
400 gr. Cashew or macadamia
180 ml. Canned fatty coconut milk
100 g Coconut oil
15 ml. unsweetened vanilla extract
35 gr. cocoa powder without sugar
3 st. l lemon juice
80 gr. Erythritol

Topping
85 gr. dark chocolate
80 ml. coke milk

Spteps.

1.We put all the ingredients of the base in a blender (you need a large one, with horizontal knives) and grind to a state of a mixture of fine crumbs. We spread everything in 23 cm form.

2. In the same blender, mix all the filler ingredients. Stir until a homogeneous mass is formed, about 2-5 minutes, sometimes you can use a spatula to collect the mass from the walls.

3.Выливаем смесь в форму, в которой уже выложена основа. Оставляем в морозильнике на 2 часа.

4. In a water bath, heat the coconut milk and chocolate (break into pieces), melt and mix everything. Pour on top of the frozen mass.

5. Putting it in the freezer for another hour.

6. After an hour, take the cheesecake out of the fridge, cut into portions and enjoy.
