Cobb Keto Salad with Chicken and Vinaigrette Dressing
With eggs, bacon, chicken and avocado, Cobb salad is by definition suitable for the keto diet. I tried to combine it with a traditional vinaigrette dressing and it turned out to be delicious. It was also a good idea to add the sugar substitute to the salad dressing.
This is one of the best salads if you are following a strict low-carb diet, as one serving of salad contains only 2.4 grams of net carbs! The entire Cobb salad contains about 26 grams of carbohydrates. It is ideal for those who need an additional intake of fat or protein.
