Asian keto style pork with cauliflower

This Asian-inspired dish can be prepared for dinner on weekdays. But be careful, this dish is very spicy!
You can of course fix this by removing the chili peppers.

Ingredients for one serving.

cauliflower - 133 g
avocado oil - β…” tbsp
minced pork - 133 g
fresh chopped garlic - 1 tsp
chili pepper - β…“ pcs
grated ginger - 1 tablespoon
lime juice - 1 tbsp
soy sauce - β…” tbsp
chopped fresh cilantro - β…“ cup
cucumber - β…“ pcs
chopped fresh mint - β…” tbsp
green onions - β…“ pcs
olive oil - β…” tablespoon
salt and pepper to taste

Steps. Cooking 30 min

1.Measure and prepare all ingredients. Chop the chili peppers.

2.Place the cauliflower in a food processor and chop to a rice consistency.

3.Pour the avocado oil into the skillet and add the chopped cauliflower. Simmer over medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from pan and keep warm.

4.Cook the minced pork in the same skillet over medium to high heat until fully cooked, about 7 to 8 minutes.

5.Add chopped garlic, chili, ginger and cauliflower

to the skillet. Stir well and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Then remove from heat.

6.Add half the lime juice and half the soy sauce. Add cilantro and stir well.

7.Add the other half of the lime juice and the soy sauce to the bowl. Mix and set aside.

8.Use a knife to cut the cucumber into thin strips. Place cucumber ribbons on a plate.

9.Take a bowl of lime juice and soy sauce and pour over cucumber ribbons. Add chopped mint and stir.

10.Serve the seasoned cucumbers.

11.Top with chopped green onions and mint. Drizzle with olive oil if necessary. Enjoy!
