Keto omelet with mushrooms and goat cheese

A quick and easy omelet with mushrooms and goat cheese melted on top for breakfast. Garnish with green onions to add flavor to the omelet. Alternatively, try replacing the goat cheese with something else.

Ingredients per serving

eggs - 3 pcs
heavy cream - 2 tsp
chopped mushrooms - 300 g
olive oil - 1 tsp
goat cheese - 50 g
green onions - for decoration

Steps. Cooking 10 minutes

2.Whisk the eggs and heavy cream while the mushrooms are cooking.

3.Remove the mushrooms from the pan. Pour the egg mixture into a skillet and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. When the egg begins to harden, add the mushrooms and goat cheese.

4.Turn over and continue to fry the omelet until the cheese starts to melt. Garnish with green onions if desired. Enjoy!
