Blue cheese and bacon Keto salad
Oh my god, if you've never eaten blue cheese and bacon together, then you're in for a real treat. It's a delicious combination that makes this salad one of the best I've ever had.
I would recommend adding a few hard-boiled eggs to this tasty dish if you like. This gives it a little more variety.
Ingredients per serving
Romaine lettuce - 17 g
young spinach - 12 g
cabbage - 8 g
boiled bacon - 1 slices
grape tomatoes - 2 pcs
avocado, peeled and sliced - ⅙ pcs
blue cheese - 10 g
sour cream - ½ tbsp
mayonnaise - ½ tbsp
Steps. Cooking 10 min
1.In a small bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise.
2.Add half of the blue cheese and set aside.
3.In a larger salad bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients.
4.Spoon some of the salad into separate bowls and top with the blue cheese sauce. Enjoy!
