Warm Keto salad with grilled cheese

Ingredients per serving

100 g Soft cheese
120 g Red pepper
50 gr. Champignons
50 gr. Arugula
½ tsp Sesame seeds
½ tsp Poppy seeds
1 tbsp. l. Olive oil
1 tsp Granular garlic

Steps.

1.Mix granulated garlic, sesame and poppy seeds in one container. Dip the cheese in this mixture.

2.Fry mushrooms and peppers over medium heat without oil.

3.Fry the cheese for 30 seconds on both sides.
