Cars have evolved from simple vehicles to complex, data-rich mobile servers on wheels. This could have significant implications for a wide range of industries, from transport and logistics to insurance and security.
Although modern cars are equipped with a variety of sensors and systems, they collect data in isolation, without interacting with each other or with the environment, which significantly reduces their potential for autonomous driving.
The Soarchain project aims to solve this problem.
Soarchain — is a decentralized network for the interaction of cars, motorcycles, pedestrians and road infrastructure using blockchain technologies. The project uses advanced blockchain technologies and artificial intelligence (AI) to change the way vehicles interact, from production to operation on the roads.
Soarchain strives to create a reliable and secure communication system that will allow cars not only to exchange data with each other in real time, but also to adapt to changes in road conditions, prevent accidents and ensure uninterrupted communication between all road users.
Soarchain improves overall road safety and traffic efficiency through real-time data exchange between vehicles and road infrastructure elements. This increases the awareness of drivers and autonomous systems about possible dangers.
Soarchain includes several key elements:
- Motors - are physical devices that collect and process data in a car or motorcycle. They are purchased by vehicle owners and earn tokens for collecting data.
- Personal L1 blockchain, optimized for the needs of the system for tracking transactions and verifying the availability of devices, which allows cars and other network participants to safely exchange data.
Artificial intelligence in the real world requires large volumes of verified, immutable and believable data.
Soarchain provides it in an infinitely scalable way.

Interaction in the Soarchain system
Users receive tokens and are motivated to share resources, maintain infrastructure, which develops the entire system.
The main participants of the system: vehicles, behind which there are users and decentralized applications.
- Vehicle: Provides secure hardware and is a part of the DePIN network, which collects verified physical data
- User: Receives benefits and better services, including through the use of services that he pays for himself
- Decentralized Applications: Developers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), companies and service providers offer better services and applications, creating new revenue streams
At the center of the circuit is the Soarchain Core, which is sort of the brain of the system, processing verified physical data and resources. Later on, this data is transferred to decentralized applications, where it is used to create improved services and applications.
$MOTUS tokens circulate between all these elements, which act as currency in the system.
They are used to pay for the use of services and motivate users to share resources by maintaining the infrastructure. This entire process contributes to the creation of added value and improved quality of services for all participants in the system.
Technological basis
The project operates on the basis of several advanced technologies:
- Proof of Availability for cryptographic verification of device availability. This is a way of checking that a device is available on the network and ready to go, if the device signals that it is here and working, it is marked "present" on the network.
- Delegated Proof-of-Stake for governance and voting. This is the voting system used in the project, where coin owners elect representatives to make important decisions on the network for them.
- Byzantine Fault Tolerant is a system for generating and finalizing blocks. It is a system that is resilient to failure if some parts of the traffic system fail or behave unpredictably. The system can continue to operate successfully even if several road users act illegally or suddenly leave the vehicle network.

The project is in testnet mode: tested on 7,000 cars using partnerships with Ford and Suzuki.
The Soarchain team proposes a decentralized platform that will function as the basis for mobile and infrastructure networks, starting with the transport industry.
This platform enables the exchange of data and resources between road users, which contributes to the creation of smart and safe transport systems.

The Turkish-based team consists of 17 people based in Istanbul, Frankfurt, Los Angeles and Hyderabad.

Founded Calide Investments, specializing in AI, robotics, IoT (Internet of Things) and renewable energy. He has 2 successful previous startups and more than 10 scientific publications. He received his PhD in Cognitive Science and AI from the University of California, Irvine.
