Values Network
Values Network project overview
Market saturation with identical products encourages brands to seek new ways to capture the audience's attention to their offerings. Due to intense competition and the drive to lead the market, brands are now focusing not only on the quality of their products but also on their values and the company's social mission. The brand's social stance now significantly influences consumer purchasing decisions.
Advertisers and publishers are also looking for new ways to attract their target audience and collect data without relying on cookie technology as they did in the past.
The Values Network project, created to promote brands using Web3 technologies, introduces a new approach to marketing:
- showcases the company's social mission;
- focuses on the brand's values;
- builds a positive reputation for the company in the eyes of consumers;
- helps brands stand out among competitors.
Values Network — platform that utilizes a public social graph linked to rewards for completing specific entertaining and gaming activities.
Social graph — model of user interaction that reflects their social connections, creating maps of their profiles and key friends. It enables the connection of people with similar interests and hobbies.
- Forms an entire ecosystem of advertising agencies, publishers, popular authors and bloggers, brands, and nonprofit charitable organizations with a strong social mission.
- Allows client companies to collaboratively create content and interact through an open, decentralized, and social graph. It engages users through gamification, encouraging them to discuss specific topics and complete tasks.
- Provides a new form of connection and interaction between brands and customers, nonprofits and donors, publishers and audiences, as well as content creators and their fans.
Missions
Each reward ecosystem on the Values Network platform is called a "Mission". These missions consist of unique interactions among users, nonprofit organizations, brands, content creators, and publishers, each contributing in different ways.
Every "Mission" has "Creators" and "Participants". Creators manage the missions, while users complete them by, for example, sharing content, voting, subscribing to the advertiser's resources, and discussing its social mission.
Thus, the Values Network platform provides client companies with a turnkey solution, offering an integrated user base, gaming infrastructure, and partner network.
Values Network software and products
- Values Mobile App It allows organizations and creators to enhance marketing effectiveness through reward-based gamified actions. Values leverages the viral effect of distribution, effectively engaging users and clearly measuring their engagement and influence on one another.
- Reputation and influence score (VLS) The project has developed a metric that shows user engagement and their influence on social contacts. This reputation score is a powerful tool for brands and nonprofit organizations, enabling them to interact with users who show high levels of participation in their campaigns while also reaching a new audience with shared values.
- Verified actions module This API provides users with tasks to complete, verifies task completion accuracy, and rewards users with bonus points. The Verified Actions Module integrates with partner platforms and other social networks.
- Donation gamification module It allows users to earn points when making donations to nonprofit organizations registered on the Values Network platform. This module manages the entire donation process, providing users with an address for sending cryptocurrency and rewarding them with a lottery ticket.
- Bonus point rewards Values Network offers rewards provided by brands, publishers, nonprofit organizations, and content creators. Users can spend the bonus points earned in "Missions" on these rewards, which may include unique branded products, coupons, lottery tickets, and cryptocurrency.
Key points
- Rewards for actions and social gamification engage and reward users for contributing to the social or environmental mission of the promoted brand;
- Web3-based marketing: brands and media outlets use the Values Network to launch user-generated content marketing campaigns;
- Recognition and reward for real-world impact are key components of the internal reward mechanism of the Values Network;
- A holistic ecosystem consisting of users, brands, nonprofit organizations, publishers, and authors, whose interactions create synergy throughout the ecosystem;

Investors
Recognizing the project's potential, the Solana and Celo blockchains have made Values Network their strategic partner and invested over $500,000 in the project, which is a rare occurrence in Web3.
- The Solana blockchain platform — the largest network after Ethereum, with its cryptocurrency being the fourth largest by market capitalization.
- Celo — mobile payment blockchain platform that allows users to send and receive cryptocurrency via phone numbers.
- Additionally, Values Network received a $200,000 grant for project development from the Near blockchain and a $70,000 grant from Amazon.
- Among venture funds, the most notable is NxGen — fund that actively invests in and advises projects they find interesting. NxGen supports startups throughout their entire market entry lifecycle, helping them find partners, investors, and service providers such as market makers, exchanges, launchpads, auditing firms, and influencers. NxGen prefers to enter projects at the earliest stages, investing in strong teams.
They have invested in projects like Entangle, Truflation, Primex Finance, Privasea, and Koii Network. - Among the angel investors are Rick Spanton, the founder of the largest construction software development company in the U.S., and Rene Reinsberg, co-founder of the Celo network.

Why was the Values Network project selected for #portfolio_InsiderClub?
- SocialFi narrative — relevant concept of user interaction that combines decentralized finance (DeFi) and social networks [this concept is also present in other projects we have previously evaluated—ARCoin, Redacted, Gamic].
All projects somehow related to social networks — potentially in high demand: More than 5.17 billion people use social networks, and the number of social media users grows by an average of 9.6% annually (sources Statista, Datareportal) - Social branding: according to a study conducted by the PR agency Edelman (involving 14,000 people in 14 countries), 57% of consumers consider a brand's social stance important before making a purchase.
- Strong team: Experience with BBC, Airbnb, Microsoft, Pepsi, the UN, Meta, Google, NBA. The CTO is an experienced ETH developer, who also worked on the first BTC wallet in Ghana and the first cryptocurrency exchange in Malawi.
- Support from blockchain investors such as Solana, Celo, Near, and Amazon: considering the scale of investments and grants — it's clear that these companies are placing a significant bet on the development of the Values Network.
- Favorable investment conditions: The Strategic round indicates that we are entering alongside strategic partners and investors.
The token price is equal to the earliest round — Pre-Seed.
