This is the one of App Managers that has so much good tools in one app, this app does have:

1 click to do things to all apps.
Tracker for battery and data usage for every apps.
Tracker to see which apps are running in the background, it even including the smallest system apps.
You can check and run any activities for all your installed apps.
Freezing apps are easy to do now.
App Scanner to track and protect your device from unwanted things happens.
File manager to manage your files.
This app is also has Debloater functions that you can use to delete unwanted system apps.
And many more awaits you inside the app.

Block Trackers

Open the app and click the 3 dots on top right corner
Open 1-Click Ops
Click on Block/unblock trackers
The app will ask you if you want to block trackers from system apps or not, you can choose No if you're not sure
After clicked Yes or No the app will show a pop-up for you to choose which apps that you want to block the trackers
And then you can just click Block or Unblock

Backup Apps

You can batch actions by click and hold in the apps list, and this is the actions you can do using batch actions:

Uninstall
Freeze
Force-stop

Disable Networks

You can use this app to disable any apps from using a networks! It's the same like a firewalls functions from LineageOS. So here's the guide:

Open the app and select which app you want to disable networks
Open the 3 dots menu on top right corner and click Net policy
Then check or enable on Reject cellular data or Reject wi-fi data and you can also enable on disable networks to disable networks while you're using Mobile data, Wi-Fi or even Ethernet
