Phantom City

Descriptions

A new game that has released with futuristic Cyberpunk designs, display, styles, and also the UI.

Phantom City is a Text Based Roguelike RPG

It's 2087. Despite the concern of many people,
AI still serves humans as its masters.
But... They don't serve all humans equally.

The AI in control of this city only serves the former chairman of the corporation.
He's an old man, resting in the cryogenic chamber for more than a decade now.
The city is his giant casket, as well as a means to his resurrection and immortality.
People are nothing but resources to be consumed for the ghost of a man.

You're also one of this city's victims.
But maybe it's you who can change its future.

The game's title, Phantom City, is displayed in a stylish, neon-lit font. It's a classic cyberpunk aesthetic, hinting at a dystopian city with a dark underbelly.

Character Selection
The character selection screen showcases various playable characters, each with their own unique appearance, abilities, and backstory. We can see characters like Pepperoni, Archine, Housekeeper, Mad Bunny, Trigger, Nirvana, Alicia, and Juggernaut, each with a distinct personality and visual style.

Story
The text on the screen provides some context about the game's setting. It's 2067, and the city is controlled by AI. The former human leader is in a cryogenic chamber, and the city's resources are being consumed by the AI. This suggests a struggle for power and survival against a powerful AI entity.

Gameplay
The Touch to Start button implies a simple, intuitive gameplay experience. The Select Region option suggests a map-based exploration system, perhaps with different areas to explore and conquer.

Karma System
The Select Karma Reward screen hints at a morality system. Players can choose between different paths, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. The options are Slum-Born, Analyzer, and Ex-Soldier, suggesting different playstyles and character builds.

My Take

I'd say this game looks pretty cool! I'm intrigued by the story and the character designs. I'm also curious to see how the karma system plays out in the game. It sounds like it could add a lot of depth and replayability.
