 • Some humans believe that, to become fluent you should live or work in this country. I disagree with this opinion and now I want to prove it.
 • Firstly many countries were the colony in the past. Such as Brazil, Philippines, Indian Argentina and big continent Africa. After exemption those countries still have two main languages, instead of one. Even I perfectly speak on Russian but I never been there. All CIS countries now very well russian. Also have countries where people don't know official language, such as Kazakhstan or Kyrgyzstan.
 • Secondly we have universal language-English.Wherever you are you can easily learn to speak English because it is the easiest language on the planet. Each country (except North Korea) has an additional English language for easy communication surrounded by foreign people. Also we have interesting but very hrad language - Arabic. Many people have religion Islam, so they learn Arabic for the rest of their lives. They must know arabic and them main language.
 • In conclusion I proved that you can easily know the language in your country. I believe that every people can easily learn every language no matter how hard it is.
