In our days most worker think that self-employed is the best chose than to be a slave for company or organisation.

Nowadays few people rely on another person, so. They can rely on themselves and reach great heights. But they don’t even understand what it means to be the main among all. An entrepreneur needs strong qualities such as courage, passion, industriousness, luck and discipline. They are also afraid that their employees might set them up even if they are best friends. After such stresses, the directors are very angry. But if everything goes smoothly then he gets incredible income. There are pros and cons in every work, but I think that bosses have more minuses than pluses as he loses his health for this job and this is the biggest minus, that can not be compared with any pluses.

For example I have a relative who are self-employed. He is very fortunate, so he can easily found good contract with other company and get big income. But because of this job he rarely play with his son, he bought him best of the best thing, gave him super vouchers to Tailand or Dubai, but he didn't give him father's love. This son became angry and cold-blooded to the world. After work, the boss, very tired, asks his son to do some work, but the son, believing that he did nothing, has no respect for him.
