Overall, village have increased amount of houses and apartments. Also people have built some new estates, such as golf and tennis course, car park around hotel and restaurant. Sea ​​level has not risen in any way for all time. In addition, the main road near residential buildings was lengthened

In 1995 there were buildings for fishing. It were at the very end of the village. Shops were opposite the fish store. There were 12 living houses in total. In Reymouth also located a forest park and farm land.

Currently, most things from the past have built, reconstructed or deleted. Instead of rural industry, people built sports fields. they also considered that this village would not need fish products, so residential apartments were built instead of a fish store. The number of houses increased from 12 to 20. The only untouched place was the cafe.
