Some construction engineering exempted from customs duties

The Resolution of the President “On measures to expedite the construction of multi-storey buildings in the regions” was adopted.

In accordance with the document, the following are exempted from customs payments (excluding value added tax and customs clearance fees):

👉 for the period until January 1, 2021, imported new construction and special equipment, as well as vehicles for the transport of products (27 types);

👉 from July 1, 2020 to July 1, 2023, imported concrete pouring forms, machines and mechanisms for concrete preparation for the construction of multi-storey monolithic residential buildings according to the schedule.

👉 payers of customs payments in the period from July 1, 2020 to July 1, 2023 have the right to deferral of up to 120 days or installment payments of customs payments (excluding value added tax and customs clearance fees) for imported vehicles used in the construction industry and mechanisms, technological equipment, means of small-scale mechanization, devices, spare parts and accessories.
