Top Cool Tools for a Remote Work Productivity

Step #1 Virtual office.

Yes, you really can implement a tool in your team, that will help you to feel like you're in real office environment.

This tool called Tandem.
https://tandem.chat/

What's cool about them?
They have 40+ programs for possible integrations with your existing workflow and after you'll select your set, your colleagues will be able to see which work app you're currently in.
It will give you a clear sense of whether you can interrupt them or not.
They also have customizable rooms ('Cooler Room'), which are nice to have if you'll have a free time to talk to your teammates during the day.
Simply click on someone and talk. But they will be on mute until they'll accept the call (all calls start as voice, but can be upgraded to video and screenshare)

Free/Paid: 14 days trial, then 10$ per one active user

Step #2 Password manager.

Creating secure passwords can be fun, but at the same time might be hard to remember.
The most popular one is 1Password.
https://1password.com/ru/

It will collect all the passwords you currently have on different platforms and generate a strong one, that you will be using. Except passwords, you can add photos of important documents, driving licenses or something valuable for you.

Free/Paid: Due to COVID19 situation, they're offering 6 months trial period :) Usual price: from 3$ to 8$, depending on a package.

P.S. If you can't afford paid programs for now, you can use Bitwarden (https://bitwarden.com/) instead of 1Password.
Works great as well and it's free with no limits :)

Step #3 Time tracker.

This one is among essentials in remote working.
I have several of them for your consideration.

- Clockify https://clockify.me/

What's cool about this tool?
This one is free for unlimited users and projects, working cross platforms and for a free tracker has great functionality.
Here you will find 2 modes: timer mode and manual mode (where you can add your working time manually later).
With a visual charts and top activities you can see where you spend most of the time.
The only thing about this tracker is that it will not capture screenshots.

Free/Paid: Free

- TopTal https://www.toptal.com/tracker

Free time tracker, similar to Clockify. But this one will capture screenshots and you will not be able to add time manually.
But overall, this one is also among the most popular trackers out there.

Free/Paid: Free

- RescueTime https://www.rescuetime.com/

Additionally to automatic time tracking you will have Custom Daily Schedule, Productivity Trainings, Real-Time Feedbacks, Distraction Blocking and tools integration (like slack).
You can set your own limits for a specific website per day and get weekly (or daily, depending on a plan) reports and see if you're close to achieving your goals.

Free/Paid: They have Free and Paid (6$/month) versions.

- Beeminder https://www.beeminder.com/

This tool is a goal-tracking systems. Your goals can be anything quantifiable — weight, pushups, minutes spent on Facebook, points on Duolingo. Answer with your number and app we'll show your progress and the Road to follow to stay on track.

The most popular goal for this platform is weight loss, so it's more for your personal development and goals achievement :)

Free/Paid: Free

Step #4 Proposals and eSignatures

PandaDoc https://www.pandadoc.com/

The platform, that looks really nice, when we're talking about all-in-one document automation is PandaDoc.
This tool allows to make a notes on the document for your recipient, shows you, if they've vied it or not, signed it or not (with a possible email alert).
Integrates with a CRM systems (Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubspotCRM, Zoho, Zendest Sell, PayPal etc)

Free/Paid: They have free version and Paid packages for business (9$ and 49$)

Step #5
Feedbacks

Officevibe https://officevibe.com

This platform is helping to get anonymous employee feedback, reports for every team and the whole company, and an extensive improvement section. So you will be able to get real-time insights on your employees happiness & productivity level.

Free/Paid: Free with essentials and extended for 4$ per person.

Bonus:

This platform is among my favourites.

AssesFirst https://www.assessfirst.com/us

What's cool about them? They want to help companies to find right people for the positions according to their profiles.
The company describes the type of person company will need for this specific position
and then the person will need to fill questionary to see if there's a match.

Free/Paid: Free trial for 14 days. Packages starts from 190$ per month, but to my mind it's totally worth it.
