POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT.

The purpose of the position is business development in Moscow and Moscow region (27 cities in total). Close cooperation with S&P groups and leaders to find out new ways to grow sales. Business development plan for Moscow – together with Leaders to find new ways to promote Herbalife Nutrition business. Business support of 26 cities of Moscow region – Nutrition Clubs, working with S&P groups, local events support.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

Communication (Position’s type of communications and context both within and outside the organization)

  • Permanent communication with Sales Team (incl. Business Development Senior Manager and Sales Director)
  • Marketing Team, Member Services Team
  • Communication with Members of Moscow and Moscow region on the daily basis

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

  • University degree

EXPERIENCE:

  • Work in FMCG/MLM companies
  • Business development
  • Project leadership

ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • MS Office
  • Advanced user of Excel and Power Point

ESSENTIAL SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Flexibility
  • Customer oriented
  • Ability to work with no close supervision
  • Strong analitical skills

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE (but not essential):

  • Fluent English
  • Good verbal and writing skills in Russian
  • Public speaking experience
  • Events organization experience

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:

  • Abililty to travel (30-40% of work time)
  • Ability to work during weekends and holidays
  • Personal car and driving licence
