I have purchased the configuration I need, but how do I use it?
To connect using ovpn configuration, you need to download the client to your device.
Here you can download and install the client, there are links for all platforms and OS
Attention! There is not only the official client, but also clients of third-party developers, we strongly recommend using the official version, to avoid unforeseen problems in working with configurations.
After installation, go to the Advanced Settings tab in the settings
And select Insecure in Security Level. Don't worry, it won't affect anything, just support for older versions of different settings.
Then you just need to import your file into the client, either by double-clicking on it, or by dragging and dropping the file into the client by holding down the mouse button.
If necessary, enter your login and password (shown in red on the screen above). Then just click the Connect button
Option with a GUI version of the OpenVPN client.
Download the GUI version (I recommend 2.5.8 - the most stable).
https://openvpn.net/community-downloads/
The programme runs in the tray ( Notification area on windows)
After installing and running the programme will give an error, the problem is that there are no configurations in it.
What do we do? Right-click on the file - ‘Open with’ - ‘OpenVPN GUI for Windows’.
Then go to the tray and click ‘Connect’.
When prompted for login and password, enter them (highlighted in red). Click ‘OK’.
Wait until the connection is completed.
Can ovpn configs be used in conjunction with anti-detect browsers?
Yes, it's possible. But not in the same sense as in the case of Socks. SOCKS4/5 is easy to implement in terms of multi-accounting, but with OpenVPN things are different, you need some kind of environment to make the connection, encryption is used and so on. You can switch between configurations in the client by selecting Direct connection to sessions in the anti-detect browser.
I can't get the config to connect. What do I do?
The main thing is not to panic. Even if you don't get a response in the next few minutes, we won't leave you with a 1 on 1 problem.
First of all - make sure that you have done everything correctly:
- Entered your login and password correctly
- Selected Insecure in the settings of the VPN-client ( if it is Connect version )
- You have downloaded OpenVPN GUI version 2.5.8.
- You have not made any changes to the configuration structure on your own.
Next we write @oggiecubencis attaching:
- Description of the problem ( where we shove the config, what happens next, what is the device pc, mobile, router, etc.)
- MUST!!! Screenshots of errors, and everything that you have there happening.
- MUST have a copy of the connection log.
OpenVPN GUI - directly in the window itself or in the folder C://Users/OpenVPN/log
OpenVPN Connect - look for an icon like this in the upper right hand corner.
And then this one, in the same place to save the log (connection log to a file)
The config was working, but at some point it stopped.
If the configuration stopped working within the warranty period - write to the admin, we will look into the problem and offer a solution (either reconnect or replace).
There is a chance that on the other side is just a power outage or the host has not paid its Internet tariff. Therefore, it makes sense to wait 2-3 days, not seldom connections are restored by themselves.
‘A couple of days past the warranty period, will I be denied assistance? ‘ - of course, the warranty period is strictly set, but still, we always meet our customers and provide services under the warranty, even if it is a little bit expired.
In case it happened far outside the warranty period - we can offer to find a nearby IP for purchase.
Is it possible to change IP while using ?
Unfortunately, we do not provide such an option. Each IP is static, so it will not change over time on its own.
The geolocation does not match the stated geolocation.
After purchase, you connect to the config and find in your checker that the state is not what you asked for?
The problem here is that there are hundreds of services and IP databases providing geolocation data, all of which give different results. And these are always very approximate values, the errors there are very large. Therefore, we initially inform you about the bases we use (Maxmind, Seon, IPQS...), we use them because of their widespread use by large companies.

Ability to work from multiple devices simultaneously.
Yes, of course, you can easily use our OpenVPN configurations on any device and platform. Including simultaneous connections.
Download the client for your OS at https://openvpn.net/client/
Our OVPN + Raspberry PI Wi-Fi firmware / Routers.
Upon request, we can give you a configuration adapted to ‘Raspberry’. But with routers, dear customers, you will have to sort out on your own, because each device has its own version of the OVPN module and its own requirements for settings, which we are not very willing to guess.
Our advice - install DD-WRT firmware on your router, and you will have no problems with running configurations.
Or we can solve your issue for a fee.

How to connect and use.
In the connection settings, select ‘Windows (built-in)’ as the VPN service provider. Set the connection name, for example, ‘Home Network’. Enter the domain name or IP address of Keenetic, in our example myhomerouter.keenetic.link. Select the VPN type - ‘L2TP/IPSec with pre-shared key’. Enter the IPSec pre-shared key that you came up with and wrote down while configuring the Keenetic VPN server, then the user name (who is allowed to connect via VPN) and their password. Click the ‘Save’ button.
Help: In recent versions of Windows 10, the names of some settings have been slightly changed. You must now select ‘L2TP/IPSec with Shared Key’ in the ‘VPN Type’ field:
Press the ‘Connect’ button to establish a connection.
Important! There is a problem in Windows operating system when it is impossible to establish more than one connection to an external L2TP/IPSec VPN server at the same time from Windows computers using one Internet connection (one external IP address).
