The Asian style beef

Last Sunday I decided trying to cook a meal which I wanted to taste for a long. That was a beef cooking in Asian style with bell pepper, onion, ginger, and garlic. I bought a good piece of beef about a half kilogram. Then I sliced it very thinly and placed these in a marinade. The marinade consisted of egg, soybeans sauce, white pepper, salt, and starch. Then I cut red bell pepper, onion, ginger, and garlic. Then I fried the meat little by little because if I fried in one time all the pieces together they wouldn’t fried well. When one portion of beef had fried I put it on a plate, until all beef was fried. Then I started frying bell pepper and onion, added meat, then ginger, and garlic. Added a little soybeans sauce, brown sugar, vinegar . Then I mixed starch in water and poured it into the pan and started stirring everything well. It left to add some cut fresh herbs. And my Asian style beef was ready.
