About psychosomatics

My sister told me she became interested in psychosomatics. Someone told her what it was and she began to read about it and watch the online lectures. As I understood nowadays appeared some new ways of psychosomatics. They call it psy 2.0. I don't know details about what is it and what is new or different in psy 2.0

My sister told me she had been a problem with the skin of her neck, she had some red spots there which appeared last year, and she couldn't remove them at all. She decided to try using psychosomatics. She connected with a girl who was a psy 2.0 specialist via Skype. The girl used hypnosis technics to deep my sister into a special state and started to examine her reactions and memory linked with these spots on the neck. As my sister said they had found the reason for them. It was some case in her childhood she forgot and even didn't remember ever. But with the helping of the psy girl she worked out this case in her mind, and the spots disappeared the next day.

My sister has decided to learn it and now she is visiting the courses where such specialists are trained. She is trying to use her new skills and knowledge with her friends. And as she said she could help them with their problems already.
