A sweetdiet day

I already told you about my mom had got a new hobby and cooked cakes and other sweet things. But I didn't try her cakes up to the present time.

We negotiated with my mom she would make the cake for me to celebrate my birthday in my working office with my co-workers. I wanted to order a delivery taxi to get the cakes from her home to my work. And in addition, I asked my mom to cook another cake which I could bring home for my family.

She made the big 2.5 kg cake for my work and the little cake for home. The big cake had three layers of the different colours of chocolate mousse. And the small one was made from berries and had out cover like a mirror. That outer layer was some kind of a glaze. Besides the cakes, my mom made two boxes of cupcakes.

Today I fed myself the sweets only. The cakes turned out very hearty food.
