The New Year 2021

As the 31st of December was the day off we went to the country house early morning. This time we took so many things we thought we couldn't take it all and we were afraid they couldn't fit in the car. Actually, the car was filled up to the roof and our son sat on the back seat among a heap of things.

The trip to the country house was easy enough. I guess the general part of people went to their places of celebrating the New Year the day before.

When we got to the place, my wife started to decorate the pine, that her father had brought from a forest. She doesn't allow anybody to decorate without her, because she has a collection of vintage USSR toys and she is afraid off somebody can crush them.

I had been sleeping for about three-four hours before the New Year celebrating. Then we started to see the Old Year off and I finally could eat all the tasty dishes which my mother-in-law usually cooked for the New Year. That's why when the New Year was coming I just eat cake which my mom had baked and sent us for the New Year feast.
