Seller: Tomuch😎🔥🎮✨
Below is a detailed guide covering account login, receiving a Steam Guard code, installing the game, the first launch, and solutions to the most common issues.
Please read the information carefully before using the account.
Step 1 — Install Steam
Step 2 — Log in to the account
- Log in to the account that was provided to you after purchase.
- Make sure to check “Remember me”
- If Steam asks for a Steam Guard confirmation code, use the following command:
#code login - Command example:
Where login is the exact login that was given to you by the seller after purchase.
The command must be sent in the FunPay chat where the product was purchased.
IMPORTANT ABOUT CODES
A confirmation code is issued once per day per person.
This rule is in place to protect against:
- reselling access;
- sharing the account with third parties;
- repeated activations from different devices.
Please respect this rule. Abuse of the system or reselling may result in permanent loss of access.
If a force majeure situation happens — for example, Steam signs you out of the account, a technical issue occurs, authorization is lost by accident, or any other unusual situation happens — please describe the problem to the seller in detail.
Step 3 — First Launch
This is a required step for proper дальнейшую работу → for proper further use / correct operation.
Step 4 — Switch to Offline Mode
All future game launches must be done only in Offline Mode.
All subsequent game launches must be done only in Offline Mode.
Common Problems and Solutions
Steam asks for the code again
If Steam requests a confirmation code again, first make sure the situation is truly unusual.
the code is issued once per day per person.
If you have already received a code but a force majeure situation occurred, describe the issue to the seller in detail.
In exceptional cases, the code may be issued manually.
“Stream” appears instead of “Play”
Sometimes, instead of the normal launch button, Steam shows the “Stream” button.
- Click the arrow next to the “Stream” button;
- Select your computer;
- After that, the normal Install or Play button should appear.
“Buy” appears on the game
In this case, the “Buy” button does not mean that the game is missing from the account.
Usually, this happens for one of the following reasons:
- someone is doing the first launch;
- someone did not switch Steam to Offline Mode;
- someone launched the game in Online Mode, which violates the usage rules.
Access is usually restored automatically. If the situation does not change for a long time, contact the seller.
The game is not visible in the library
If the game you need is not shown in the library, check this section:
Sometimes other users of the shared account hide games. Why they do that — no idea.
“Sign in to your account again” window
This window most often appears during peak hours, when the account is under heavy load: someone is trying to sign in, someone gets launched, and someone else gets signed out of the session.
If your game is currently downloading, do not enter the account details again right away. It is better to wait until the installation is complete. Otherwise, you may get Error 50, the download may stop, or Steam may bring you back to the same window again because of the high account load.
Important:
If you were signed out of the account while the game was downloading and Steam asks you to sign in again — do not rush to log in again. Wait until the download is finished. The game will continue downloading in the background, and after the installation is complete, you will be able to sign in again and launch the already installed game.
In most cases, a new code for re-authorization is not required.
Error 50
Error 50 is most commonly related to a temporary issue with launching Steam, the game client, or the connection.
- fully restart Steam;
- restart your computer;
- check the stability of your internet connection;
- if the first launch has already been completed — switch Steam to Offline Mode again;
- try launching the game again after some time.
If the error keeps appearing, contact the seller and describe the problem.
Error “Sorry, something went wrong”
This message is usually related not to the account itself, but to the Denuvo Anti-Tampering protection system.
Some games with this protection have a limit on the number of new device activations within a certain period of time.
When that limit is reached, the game may temporarily fail to launch.
This limitation depends on the game’s DRM protection and cannot be controlled manually by the seller.
How to check if a game has Denuvo
Information about Denuvo Anti-Tampering is usually shown on the game’s page in the Steam store.
- on the right side of the purchase section;
- or lower on the page, in the description and additional information section.
If the game has this protection, the following may happen:
About Denuvo, queues, and activations
Some games use Denuvo Anti-Tampering, which may cause launch queues or the “Sorry, something went wrong” error.
It is important to understand that I do not control Denuvo and cannot manually remove activation limits. If the activation limit is temporarily reached, you simply need to wait.
Also, this is a shared account. I cannot physically control every user 24/7. If someone changes hardware, reinstalls Windows, updates drivers, changes system settings, or does anything else that causes the activation to reset, they may take up an additional activation slot. Because of this, it is impossible to fully eliminate queues on shared accounts.
If a product is marked “No Queue”, it means that at the moment of purchase I guarantee instant access without waiting.
However, this does not mean that there will never be a queue again a day or two later, since other users’ actions can still affect the account afterward.
While the game you need is temporarily unavailable, you can either play other games on the account or choose a product marked “No Queue.”
Most issues can be resolved by following the instructions and using the correct order of actions.
Please use the account carefully and responsibly. All limits related to codes and activations are in place to protect access, the product itself, and other users.
Thank you for your understanding and respect for the work involved.
