Sometimes buyers say that they paid for “two accounts” but received only one.
In reality, the number of accounts, rental duration, and access conditions are always stated in the description of the specific product.
If you are not sure what exactly you are buying, please ask before payment.
🔐HOW TO ADD FRIEND IF ACCOUNT IS 0 STEAM LEVEL?
To add friend, you need to complete 3 simple steps:
✅ STEP 1 — RECEIVING THE LOGIN DETAILS
After payment, you will automatically receive the login details in the FunPay chat:
- Login: [your actual login will be sent in the FunPay chat]
- Password: [your actual password will be sent in the FunPay chat]
- Steam Guard: [your actual code will be sent in the FunPay chat]
Usually, the details are sent within 10–30 seconds after payment.
If the details were not sent automatically, write this command in the chat:
⚠️ IMPORTANT: COPY THE DETAILS, DO NOT TYPE THEM MANUALLY
Please copy the login and password using copy → paste.
In most cases, login problems happen not because the details are incorrect, but because of typing mistakes:
• extra spaces in the login or password;
• confusing similar characters, for example 0 and O;
• confusing l and 1;
• accidentally copying only part of the password;
• typing the password manually with a mistake.
If Steam says that the login details are incorrect, first copy the login and password from the FunPay chat completely and try again.
✅ STEP 2 — LOGGING INTO STEAM
1. Open Steam.
2. Enter the received login.
3. Enter the received password.
4. Click “Sign in”.
After that, Steam may ask you to confirm the login with Steam Guard.
✅ STEP 3 — GETTING THE STEAM GUARD CODE
To receive a new Steam Guard code, write this command in the FunPay chat:
Important: the command must be written with the exclamation mark.
📱 IF STEAM ASKS YOU TO CONFIRM THE LOGIN
OPTION 1 — Steam shows a confirmation screen
1. Return to the FunPay chat.
2. Write the command:
3. In Steam, click “Or enter a code”.
4. Enter the received code.
OPTION 2 — Steam immediately asks you to enter a code
⏳ IMPORTANT
The Steam Guard code is valid for about 30 seconds.
If the code expired or Steam does not accept it, simply request a new code again with the command:

If you completed all 3 steps correctly, you should successfully log into the Steam account.

❓ How do I get bonus time for a review?
To receive bonus time for a review, leave a review before your rental period ends.
❓ Uplay / Ubisoft asks for authorization. Where do I get the details?
If the game asks you to log into Uplay / Ubisoft, your client is most likely trying to log into an old account.
1. Fully close Uplay / Ubisoft Connect.
2. Launch the game again.
3. In most cases, authorization will happen automatically.
If this did not help, clear the Uplay / Ubisoft Connect data on your PC.
❓ Microsoft / Xbox asks for authorization. What should I do?
If the game asks you to log into a Microsoft / Xbox account, use any Microsoft account.
• a new Microsoft account;
• your personal Microsoft account.

If you want to extend your current rental, write this command in the FunPay chat:

If you want to see which accounts are currently available:
The command will show the list of games and the number of available accounts.
If you want to see available accounts for a specific game, write:
If an account is available, you can buy the suitable lot with this command.
This is convenient because you do not need to search for the lot manually in the profile.
If the account is busy, but you want to wait until it becomes available, write:
If the account is available and you want to reserve it for a short time, write:
After reservation, you will have priority for this account for 5 minutes.
⚠️ IMPORTANT ABOUT RESERVATION
The !reserve command does not give you the account for free and does not start the rental.
It only gives you temporary priority for the selected available account for 5 minutes, so you have time to complete the purchase.
You can also use it if you previously played on a specific account and want to continue playing on the same one.
If you do not pay for the product during this time, you may receive a random account from the list.
⚠️ IMPORTANT ABOUT THE !wait COMMAND
The !wait command is needed when the account is currently busy.
The bot will notify you in the chat when the selected account becomes available.
The !wait command does not reserve the account and does not guarantee that another buyer will not purchase it after it becomes available.
When the account becomes available, it is better to purchase it immediately or use the !reserve command if it is available.
⚠️ IMPORTANT ABOUT AVAILABILITY
This means that there are currently no rental accounts added for this game.
This means that the account exists, but it is currently rented by another buyer.
This means that there are 2 accounts in total, and 1 of them is currently available.
