Marshall D. Teach aka Blackbeard is one of the four rulers of the ocean or Yonko in the One Piece story. Besides being a Yonko, Blackbeard is also one of the most powerful and terrifying villains in the story.
It is known that Blackbeard has two devil fruits in his body at once, namely the Gura Gura and Yami Yami devil fruits.
After the time-skip, it was revealed that his group of pirates went to various places to hunt for the devil fruit to be given to his subordinates. Even though not all of them have devil fruits, Blackbeard will continue to look for places that have potential devil fruits. One of Blackbeard's men who now has the power of a devil fruit is Shiryu.
Shiryu was a former warden at Impel Down before he joined Blackbeard's group, when he broke into the prison. Shiryu himself has the power of the Suke Suke no Mi devil fruit, which was previously owned by Absalom, a subordinate of Gecko Moria.
After Absalom died, Blackbeard then stole his devil fruit and gave it to Shiryu.

The Suke Suke no Mi itself is a Paramecia-type devil fruit that gives the user the ability to "disappear" alias invisible. When used by Absalom in Thriller Bark, he uses his devil fruit power to hide weapons and it's as if he has the power of god to kill people.
With the power of this devil fruit, it is certainly not easy for the opponent to be able to face Shiryu.
However, from what was shown in Sanji's fight against Queen, it could be assumed that Sanji found a way to deal with the power of the Suke Suke no Mi.
In the battle, it is shown how Queen uses all the powers of Germa 66, including the power of Stealth Black or Sanji's disappearing power.
Queen herself abuses this ability to beat Osome. Which makes Osome and the other geisha think that Sanji has hurt Osome.

In the moment of the battle, Sanji himself was shown to be able to sense Queen's presence, whereupon he immediately attacked him with the Ifrit Jambe technique. And actually, the use of Observation Haki to be able to detect or sense the presence of a disappearing figure is not the first time it has been shown. In the Thriller Bark arc, Sanji also had time to do the same thing.
