Currently, numerous people prefer to be self-employed instead of working for an organisation or company. There is reason for that and the self-employment has own drawback.

The reason why a lot of people choose self-employment rather than working for a company or organisation is a convenience. It can be uncomfortable for somebody to work by a company's timetable. If you are self-employed you have total freedom in terms of planning your work time. In other words, you are able to create your own specific timetable which would be completely useful for you. For instance, my uncle, who is self-employed, has his own unique timetable that help him work more productively. He reached tremendous achievements in his life since he became self-employed.

Although self-employment can lead to accomplishments it has a disadvantage. Everything is up to self-employed person himself or herself. The difficulty is that you should involve all your physical, psychological, time resources to stay afloat, whereas a company or organisation could provide you with basic resources such as a cabinet, tools and even with food. If you work for a company, usually only you need to do is to do your primary job because an organisation has already prepared all conditions for you. In self-employment you are not originally given all goods that you need so only option is that you should create your own conditions by yourself. For instance, my uncle had to rent a separate cabinet, buy a lot of equipments and manage others factors. He said that it took a lot of money, energy and nerves and that was difficult period for him.

In conclusion, nowadays, many people are likely to choose to be self-employed because self-employment provides them with freedom of actions, decisions and timetables. The disadvantage of self-employment is that it demands tremendous efforts to succeed.
