Before you start, you’ll need to fill in your basic personal data.
This information is required for correct booking processing.

• 📅 Date of birth
• 📝 First and last name (exactly as in your passport)
• 📱 Phone number

⚡ These details are saved in your profile and will auto-fill when booking hotels — no need to re-enter them every time.

How booking works

1. Open the Special Offers section.
2. Choose a tour — review country, dates, price, and SP limit.
3. Check hotel details: photos, descriptions, amenities.
4. Go to Available Offers and select a room.
5. Fill in traveler information.
6. On the payment step, you can cover part of the cost with SP.
7. Confirm the booking → your request is sent to an operator.

🔎 Hotel Search

Full flexibility and control.
In this section, you can set all travel parameters yourself — from destination and dates to guests and room types. Ideal for travelers who prefer customization.

You can set

• 🗺 Destination — city, region, or specific hotel (with auto-suggestions).
• 📅 Dates — the system automatically calculates the number of nights.
• 👨‍👩‍👧 Guests & rooms — add multiple rooms; for children, age must be specified.
• 🌍 Nationality — required field that affects prices and tariffs.

How booking works

1. Enter parameters and click Find Hotel.
2. Get a list of options — photos, ratings, amenities, prices.
3. Select a hotel → open detailed info.
4. Go to Available Offers — compare room categories, meal plans, and cancellation rules.
5. Click Book, then fill in traveler details.
6. At payment, you can use SP for part of the cost (usually 10–25%, depending on tariff).
7. Confirm the booking → request is sent to the operator.

🧳 Traveler Details

Before confirmation, you’ll need to provide details for all travelers:

• Title (Mr/Mrs)
• First and last name (as in passport)
• Date of birth
• Nationality
• Email and phone number
• Type: adult or child

⏱ Bookings are held for a limited time. If the timer expires — you’ll need to restart the booking process.

💳 Payment

On the final step, you’ll see:

• Total price (including taxes and fees)
• SP usage slider (limit depends on tariff: 10–25% in search, 50–100% in special offers)
• Final amount after applying SP

👉 Available actions: “Edit details” or “Confirm booking.”

After confirmation, the system automatically processes the payment and sends your booking to the operator.

✅ After Payment

Your booking instantly appears in My Purchases.

If booked via Hotel Search:

• Data is automatically sent to the provider.
• After processing, status changes to Confirmed, or a comment appears if there’s an issue.
• The operator usually doesn’t contact you directly.

If booked via Special Offers:

• The operator may contact you to clarify missing details (e.g., passport or guest info).
• After confirmation, the booking status becomes Confirmed.

👉 You always have a “Contact Operator” button for help or questions.
