This is the main SETUP mini-app. It lets you manage a single account and a shared SP balance for all bots, top up SP, view history, launch products from the marketplace, and use the affiliate program.

🚀 Overview and Quick Start

How to start in 2–3 minutes

  1. Open the SETUP MiniApp from any bot or via a direct link.
  2. Go to Profile and check your current SP balance.
  3. Tap Buy / Activate SP and choose a package:
    • client packages: START (10 SP), BOOST (50 SP)
    • partner packages: PRO 100 / PRO 500 / PRO 1000 SP
  4. Pay using any available method (USD / RUB / XTR). Payment is processed in the browser.
  5. After successful payment, SP are added automatically and become your personal balance in the platform (1 SP = 1$).
  6. Go back to the mini-app and open the Marketplace: choose hotels, club tours, AI-bots or other products. The balance is shared; no extra setup is required.
  7. If you want to build a partner network and earn from your team’s purchases, activate one of the PRO partner packages and work through the Partnership section.

How money works in SETUP (short)

  • SP (Setup Points) are the internal currency of the platform.
    1 SP = 1$. You spend SP on hotels, tours, AI-bots and other SETUP products.
  • The SP balance is shared across your whole account, and all spending is visible in SP History.
  • Partner rewards are credited in UE (1 UE = 1$) and are based on your structure’s turnover.
  • PRO packages give you both SP balance and access to the partner program (percentages, statuses, rank bonuses).

Good to know

  • Your SP balance is always shown at the top of the Profile section.
  • If SP didn’t arrive after payment, first check SP History. If needed, contact support.
  • All products in the Marketplace use your shared SP balance.
  • In Partnership you see: your percentage, status, group volume (GV), partners and reward history.

Quick actions

  • Open Profile → check balance / buy SP.
  • Open Marketplace → choose a hotel, tour or bot.
  • Open Partnership → see status, percentage, GV and rewards.
  • Open Support → read answers and contact an operator.

👤 Profile

This is the main screen of your account. Here you can check your account status and manage things that directly affect you: balance, purchases, and activity history. Below are only the items specific to your "Profile," without repeating information from other sections.

What exactly is displayed

  • Account name and ID — useful when contacting support or for affiliate verification.
  • Account status — the current working status of your profile.
  • SP balance — always visible at the top; this is the "account" from which services are debited in all bots.
  • The "Buy SP" button is a quick link to the purchase (payment details are described separately in the "Payment and Subscription (SP)" section).
  • SP history is a list of deposits and debits with dates and a brief description of the action (e.g., "model training," "bot subscription").


How to read SP history

  • Each entry is a transaction with the date, amount, and a short description of what it was debited for or where it came from.
  • Deposits and debits are listed on separate lines; use the amount sign and transaction text to identify them.
  • If you see a debit you don't recognize, open the corresponding bot: most often, it's an action launched within it (parsing, generation, transcribing, etc.).
  • For clarification, you can always provide support with your account ID and the transaction date—this will help you find the entry faster.

When to open "Profile"

  • Want to check if you have enough SP for a task in any bot? You need to quickly proceed to purchasing SP (the package/payment method is selected next).
  • If you have any doubts about a charge, check "SP History."
  • If you're preparing to contact support, get your ID from there.


Helpful Tips

  • The balance is shared across all bots, so "Profile" is the most convenient place to see your balance.
  • If you just paid and don't see the top-up, refresh your profile in a minute: the credit is added automatically after successful payment.
  • For payment and subscription rules, see the "Payment and Subscription (SP)" section—it contains payment methods, renewal rules, and details.

🤝 Partnership

This section is for those who want not only to use the products, but also earn from the growth of the community.

How to become a partner

  • Activate any PRO partner package:
    • PRO — 100 SP
    • PRO 6 — 500 SP
    • PRO 12 — 1000 SP
  • After activation, you automatically receive the Partner status with a base 20% rate.

How rewards work

  • Rewards are in UE (1 UE = 1$).
  • Your percentage depends on your status:
    • Partner — 20%
    • Gold — 25%
    • Sapphire — 30%
    • Ruby — 35%
    • Emerald — 40%
    • Diamond — 45%
    • Royal — 50%
    • Imperial — 55%
  • You earn the difference between your percentage and your partner’s percentage in that branch.
    • You are Emerald (40%), your partner is Sapphire (30%) → you get the 10% difference from their team’s turnover.
    • You are Royal (50%), your partner is Partner (20%) → you get the 30% difference from all purchases in that branch.

Statuses & Group Volume (GV)

  • GV (Group Volume) is your structure’s total turnover in UE.
  • GV is cumulative and never expires.
  • Each status requires two conditions:
    • a certain number of partners with a specific status;
    • a defined group volume.

Example scheme:

  • Gold — 3 Partners, GV from 1 000 UE
  • Sapphire — 3 Gold, GV from 5 000 UE
  • Ruby — 3 Sapphire, GV from 25 000 UE
  • Emerald — 3 Ruby, GV from 100 000 UE
  • Diamond — 3 Emerald, GV from 500 000 UE
  • Royal — 3 Diamond, GV from 2 500 000 UE
  • Imperial — 3 Royal, GV from 10 000 000 UE

Once both conditions are met, your status is upgraded and your percentage in the marketing plan increases.

Rank bonus

For each new status you receive a one-time cash bonus:

  • Gold — 100$
  • Sapphire — 500$
  • Ruby — 1 000$
  • Emerald — 2 500$
  • Diamond — 5 000$
  • Royal — 10 000$
  • Imperial — 25 000$

Additionally:

  • Ranks never reset: once achieved, a status is yours permanently.
  • There are no mandatory monthly “qualification volumes”. The system values stability rather than endless race.

Fast Start Bonus

  • Within 30 days after activating a partner package, bring 4 partners.
  • Get an extra Fast Start bonus depending on your package size: 100$ / 500$ / 1000$.
  • This is the easiest way to plug into the system and see your first earnings quickly.

Referral link & team

  • Your personal referral link is at the top of the section, with a “Copy” button.
  • You can share it anywhere: private chats, groups, social media, website.
  • Your structure and partners are shown by levels and statuses, with GV.
  • Reward history and withdrawals are available in the same section.

For any specific reward, status or withdrawal issue, include your account ID, date/time and a short description in your message to support.

How the cards work.

  • Bot task name and short description;
  • "Cost from ... SP" or package/subscription note (if any);
  • Buttons: Open, Learn More (leads to the article/FAQ for this bot).

How it works step by step.

  1. Open the Marketplace and select the bot card.
  2. Click Open – the bot will launch in Telegram/mini-app.
  3. Then everything happens inside the bot: you select an action and pay from your total SP balance.
  4. If you don't have enough SP, you'll see the Buy SP offer and return without losing your progress.

What's important about payment?

  • The debit occurs only when a specific action is triggered within the bot.
  • The SP balance is shared across all bots, so there's no need to configure anything separately in the Marketplace.
  • The SP history in your "Profile" will show you exactly what tokens were debited for (bot/operation name).

Bots in the catalog (short for quicker selection).

  • MultiChat — universal AI chat: replies, ideas, edits, translations, file management, cool photo generation.
  • VideoPro — video generation: extracts, subtitles, template clips, covers.
  • Photo Animation — facial animation in photos: smiles, gazes, short videos.
  • Astrobot — natal chart analysis, compatibility scenarios.
  • Nutritionist Bot — KBZhU standards, photo analysis of dishes, trends, and tips.
  • Save Video — download videos via a link in Telegram (personal archive).
  • FaceCraft — personalized images from photos (first profile training, then generation).
  • Travel — choose a destination and pay in the mini-app; then an operator will contact you for booking.

How to find what you need faster.

  • Follow the short description;
  • If in doubt, click "More" and see examples and FAQ for a specific bot.

Typical situations.

  • Not enough SP. Return to "Profile" → "Buy SP," then reopen the bot from the Marketplace.
  • You need to understand what exactly the bot can do. Click "More" — there are sample requests and answers to frequently asked questions.
  • I want to return to a bot I've already started. Open the Marketplace and click "Open" again on the desired card — the conversation/history will remain in your Telegram account.

Privacy and data. Launching from the Marketplace doesn't transmit unnecessary information: bots share a common account and SP balance; other information is requested only when needed for a function (for example, a photo or video within the corresponding bot).

đź’ł Payment and Subscription (SP)

This section is about money within SETUP: how to top up SP, how SP differs from CU, what payment methods are available, and how the partnership/subscription period works.

This section explains how to top up SP and what is the difference between client and partner packages.

SP vs UE

  • SP are the internal currency of the platform (1 SP = 1$). You spend them on all SETUP products.
  • UE are the calculation unit for the partner program (1 UE = 1$). Turnover and rewards are counted in UE. UE are not used to pay for products.

Payment methods

  • USD — bank cards and international methods
  • RUB — Russian bank cards
  • XTR — Telegram Stars

After a successful transaction, SP are credited automatically and appear in SP History.

How to buy SP (fast)

  1. Open Profile → Buy / Activate SP.
  2. Choose a package (START / BOOST / PRO 100 / PRO 500 / PRO 1000).
  3. Choose payment method: USD / RUB / XTR.
  4. Confirm payment. SP and marketing activity (for partner packages) are credited automatically.

Client packages only give SP balance. Partner packages give SP + full access to the marketing plan and statuses.

Renewal logic

  • Buying the same partner package before expiry adds its duration to the current one and credits new SP.
  • Upgrading to a higher package (for example from PRO to PRO 6) starts a new activity period from the purchase date and credits the full new SP amount.
  • Downgrading from a higher to a lower package does not extend the old term: the new package period starts from the moment of purchase.

What is charged and where you see it

  • SP are charged only for concrete actions: hotel bookings, tours, bot tasks, etc.
  • All operations are visible in SP History with date, amount and product/operation.

Typical situations

  • SP did not arrive after payment. Refresh Profile, check SP History and wait 1–2 minutes. If nothing changed, contact support and provide amount, time and payment method.
  • Not sure what exactly a package gives. Check the Tariffs section: it shows balance, type (client / partner) and activity term for each package.
  • Only want to use products, no partner program. Use START or BOOST, or any package simply as SP balance and ignore the marketing features.

  • Income from the marketing plan depends on your current status and percentage.

🛟 Support

Who can access it
Support within each bot is only available to users with an active plan in the BackOffice (START / BOOST / PRO / PRO 6 / PRO 12). If the plan has expired, the contact operator button is hidden.

How to contact

  • Inside the bot — Support section — "Contact operator" button (appears for subscribers; the bot may suggest it automatically if it doesn't find a specific answer).
  • In the BackOffice — Support section.
  • Universal channel: support@setup.app.

What we help with

  • Access/subscription/plans (activation, renewal, affiliate program depth);
  • SP and UE accrual, transaction history, withdrawals;
  • payments (USD / RUB / XTR), payment errors;
  • technical issues with bots and BackOffice;
  • questions about privacy and data deletion.

What to prepare for your request

  • Account ID (visible in your Profile);
  • bot name and a brief description of the problem;
  • date and approximate time of the event;
  • for payments - amount, payment method, last 4 characters of the transaction/reference (if any).

If there is no support button

  1. Check your plan's activity: BackOffice → Profile (if it has expired, renew it).
  2. Update your bot/BackOffice and try again.
  3. Contact support@setup.app - provide your ID and the nature of your question.

Good to know

  • Support handles organizational and technical issues. For ideas, texts, and content, please contact the bots themselves - that's their area of ​​expertise.
  • Responses to transactions are expedited if the message includes the transaction ID and time.
  • Access to history and data is used only to verify your request and is not shared with third parties.
