My experience, network, and in-depth knowledge in various spheres allow me to find optimal solutions to your hiring situations, build a good search strategy, identify strong persona, and see opportunities in unconventional candidate profiles.

My background is nine years of experience in IT as an HR and Recruiter.

I have an engineering and programming-related education background, which helps me to be on the same page with devs.

I am experienced with remote recruitment for investors, startups, and bigger and smaller tech companies worldwide (USA, Australia, Germany, Belgium, UK, Italy, Estonia). Usually working directly with CEOs and CTOs, Directors, and Group Heads. Have experience researching candidates in CIS, EU, and US markets.

Worked and hired for a variety of tech stack and management positions

. I never limit my work to a particular tech stack or position, as I can understand any position.

I focus on the client and the position itself, the project, and the product if I find it inspiring. I believe that we need to have a good connection to have a fruitful work collaboration.
