Launch Steam. Open the Library->Games in it, right-click on the game Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and select "Properties" Click "Set launch parameters" Enter-console-exec nameconfig. cfg (instead of "nameconfig" enter the name of the file downloaded in the archive) Click "OK".
