User agreement
This article provides current rules for using the bot. They may change from time to time, so we recommend that you check for changes from time to time!
The bot administrators never interfere in your chats!
The rules of using the bot for ordinary users:
1. We are not responsible for any actions you have committed with the bot. If necessary, contact the support agents, they will be happy to help you.
1.1. All your commands are "requests". By using the bot, you consent to the processing of these requests.
1.2. If the bot determines that your team may violate the SUA and the Telegram rules, it will be handed over to the administration, where it will be reviewed and, if violations are detected, an appropriate restriction will be issued. We don't have access to the messages that the bot analyzes! We only receive messages that the bot considers to be in violation of the SUA and telegram rules, as a result of which your chat remains confidential and we still will not and cannot interfere with it.
1.3. The system for viewing requests that violate the rules operates exclusively in public groups, so if your group is private, then all violations are solely your responsibility. If you use a bot to violate the law, you will be responsible for everything yourself.
2. The bot itself does not write anything that could violate the rules of telegram, therefore, if you use the bot, violating these rules, we do not take any responsibility for this.
2.1 The Bot in no way supports the dissemination of violent content, the distribution of prohibited substances, fascism, racism, sexism, misogyny, discrediting, any kind of discrimination against certain people or groups of persons on certain grounds, and any topics that violate the law of the Russian Federation or other states.
3. By supporting the development of the bot, you send money without being able to return it — all the funds received are used immediately.
4. Support agents can only help you with the bot and its functionality.
5. For violating the SUA and Telegram rules, you may be blocked or restricted for a while in the bot. If you do not agree with the punishment received, you can file an appeal within 2 days.
rules for using the bot for admins:
1. You cannot interfere with user chats.
2. You can ban or restrict the user for a while, depending on violations of the SUA and Telegram rules. The user can file an appeal within 48 hours from the date of the penalty.
3. When helping users, you need to make sure that they understand you, and then that their problem is solved.
4. The bot developers can ban you or remove you from your position for violating the SUA and Telegram rules.
