The Island Empire is the largest island nation in the Caribbean. It is located on the southern coast of Venezuela. The island was discovered by the Portuguese and is one of the few remaining enclaves in the Western Hemisphere that have not been invaded. The Island Empire is the world's first truly independent nation. In addition to its spectacular scenery, the Islands have a rich history and offer unique cultural experiences.
