Many want to become leaders. But it so happened that there are leaders and followers, and the former cannot exist without the latter. A certain symbiosis is created, the harmony of life is established, as good and evil, black and white, joy and sadness coexist.

A leader is always a bright, charismatic personality, he becomes an example to follow. It is fascinating how this person captivates people, affects their consciousness, and sometimes manipulates them. However, a deep misconception is associated with this that a leader is a person who sees only his innocence and defends it, not wanting to put up with the opinions of others. I am ready to argue with this opinion, because the goal does not always justify the means, and anyone who decides to lead a business is obliged to listen to others, find a compromise, think if his point of view is true, and if so, convince others of its truth, of course, not unfounded, but by specific facts, actions. For example, in football, leadership and team play are important if the captain did not listen to the opinions of the team members, did not interact with them, did not explain which tactics you could not win better. Therefore, the captain, that is, the leader, is not the one who plays the best in the team, but the one who can make the team play the best.

To summarize my thoughts, I want to say that all people want to be successful and independent, but someone will be so, and someone will only wish it. It is the actions that the leader is guided by, precisely the actions that his country and society need, and only actions can establish themselves in something. Hard work and colossal willpower can lead a person to success. And one of the ways to achieve your goal is self-development.I think if a person does not develop and does not engage in self-development, he has no future, not to mention leadership qualities.
