📱 Trustee Wallet is a multi-currency wallet. This means that each coin in the wallet has its own personal address. The address of the coin or token you need is located in the tab of this coin.

How to buy cryptocurrency from a card in Trustee Wallet

💳 Click on the Swap button:

1. Select the fiat currency for which you are buying.
2. Choose a cryptocurrency to buy.
3. Select the payment method.
4. Specify the details: amount and details

After that, click the "Find the best offer" button, read the details of the upcoming transaction and pay for the purchase by following the prompts of the application.

How to Sell Cryptocurrency in Trustee Wallet

I can't send tokens from Trustee Wallet. Asks for a native coin

• To send ERC20 tokens, including USDT, you need Ethereum (ETH).
• To send USDT Omni, you need Bitcoin (BTC).
• To send BEP20 tokens, you need BNB Smart Chain.
• To send TRC20 tokens, including USDT, you need 36 Tron (TRX).

⚡ No energy

☝️ For ANY transaction with USDT TRC20 tokens, you need at least 36 Tron (TRX) to pay the network fee for each transaction.

💵 You can buy Tron (TRX) for Hryvnia, Tenge, Dollars or Euros in the Swap section, or transfer it to a wallet address from another service (the "Receive" button in the Tron tab.

❗️ Tether (USDT) is NOT dollars

❗️ Exchange and sale is sending USDT TRC20 tokens to the exchanger, so even to exchange USDT TRC20 for TRX, you also need at least 36 TRX per transaction.

I was sent a crypto, but I don’t see it on my wallet. How to add a coin or token to Trustee Wallet

🔎 The app displays only those funds that are on your address in the blockchain. In case the funds are not displayed on the wallet balance, check the following:

• The fact of sending cryptocurrencies - request the hash of the transaction from the sender and make sure that the transaction is successful;
• Compare your address in the wallet with the address where the transaction was sent, they must match;
• Make sure that the asset was sent to you in the network that you selected in the wallet;
• Check the quality of the Internet network, change the Internet connection if necessary (Wi-Fi, mobile, VPN).

How to add an asset if it is not on the main screen

1. On the main screen, click the Add Asset button.
2. Enter the name of the asset in the search field or select manually from the list provided. For your convenience, assets are divided into Coins and Tokens.
3. Select the desired coin or token and move the “slider” to the active position, after which the asset will appear on the main screen and will be available for receipt or purchase.

How to add a token that is not in the wallet

You can add a custom token on the Ethereum (ERC20), Binance Smart Chain (BEP20) and Tron (TRC10/20) blockchains.

For this:

• Go to the "+Add asset - More" tab;
• Enter or scan a smart contract address of the custom token;
  click Add Asset.
• After that, the new token will be displayed on the main screen.

How to restore Trustee Wallet

🔑 To restore the access to your wallet after the loss or failure of your device, follow the steps on a new device:

1. Download Trustee Wallet and install it.
2. Open the app, choose Restore wallet.
3. Enter the Recovery phrase you saved before. Trustee supports phrases 12 and 24 characters long.
4. Specify the name of the wallet in Settings (Cog icon in the down-left corner) if necessary.
5. Your wallet will be restored and accessible after you enter the correct Recovery phrase.

How to create a backup copy of a wallet

1. Open Settings.
2. Select My wallets.
3. On the Wallets screen, locate the wallet, for which you want to save the Recovery phrase. Select the four dots button (Wallet Settings).
4. Select Recovery phrase (the Key icon).
5. Push and hold each word of the Recovery phrase to reveal it. Write the Recovery phrase down on a piece of paper, word for word, in the original order. Keep it somewhere safe.

How to stake Solana

1. Download Trustee Wallet and deposit Solana coins (SOL).
2. Go to the asset page, and access the staking menu by tapping the coins icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.

3. Select the "Stake" function.
4. Enter the number of coins for SOL staking manually or as a percentage of the total balance.
5. Select the validator you want to delegate coins to from the list provided.
6. Confirm the staking by clicking the "To stake" button. After the confirmation message appears, your asset is successfully frozen.

How to withdraw SOL from the staking

1. Click the "History" tab.
2. Click on the bar labeled "Staked".
3. In the submenu that opens, click "Deactivate".

Coins will be unfrozen after the end of the current "era", tentatively in 3-4 days. When this happens, click the "Withdraw All" button and the coins will be added to your wallet balance.
