App Settings

You can customize UTasks to make your experience more convenient.

To access the settings, tap the profile icon or the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the main screen.

In your Profile section, you can also:

  • Manage your subscription;
  • Contact the SupportTeam via chat;
  • Access documentation and video tutorials (YouTube);
  • Read the latest product updates;
  • Review the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Payment Terms.

Go to «Settings» to adjust the app configuration.

Here’s what you can configure:

Change settings
  • App language — English, Russian, Spanish, or Farsi. Default: English
  • Time zone — Set your preferred time zone. Default: System time zone
  • Display settings:
    • Display dynamic sections — choose which task blocks to display on the Home screen: «All», «Today», «Tomorrow», «Next 7 Days», «Completed».
      By default, all sections are shown.
Which sections to keep on the homepage
    • Hour cycle — Choose how time is displayed: in 12-hour or 24-hour format.
      Default: 24-hour format.
    • Project settings gear link - Where the group project' gear icon links to: to the project info page by default, rather than the project settings page.
    • Display news  — Toggle whether to show product news on the Homepage.
  • Inbox notifications: Choose which events in the Inbox section should trigger bot notifications. Default: All notifications enabled
