Environmental Protection Day marked at “Uzbekistan GTL” LLC

On June 5, 2025, a special awareness-raising event dedicated to World Environment Day was held at “Uzbekistan GTL” LLC.

The event was attended by the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan for the Kashkadarya region, party activists and regional representatives, representatives of “Yashil Makon” LLC, “Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex” LLC, faculty members from Karshi State Technical University, specialists from the Environmental Safety Department of “Uzbekneftegaz” JSC, as well as management and employees of “Uzbekistan GTL” LLC.

The event began with the screening of a special video promoting environmental awareness and responsible behavior toward nature. Afterwards, party representatives, university professors, and environmental activists gave speeches highlighting that preserving ecological balance, protecting nature, and promoting a green lifestyle are among today’s most pressing global issues.

As part of the program, the guests were given a guided tour of the plant. Responsible specialists of “Uzbekistan GTL” provided detailed information about the plant’s technological processes, strict adherence to environmental standards, and measures taken to ensure that the production is safe for the environment.

Visiting guests particularly emphasized that the plant manufactures environmentally friendly synthetic fuels, thereby making a significant contribution to improving the ecological situation in the region.
